Vendors Wanted!

Vendors Perk - Each receives 2 complimentary tickets for General Admission
Ravenscroft Manor brings in the vic... (we mean) "patrons", which means customers for YOU! By vending at our event, you can reach hundreds with your wares, food and more! 

What are we looking for:

• Food and or Food Trucks
• Art/Artists
• Jewlery
• Clothing
• Services
• Baked Goods
• Health & Wellness
• Local and Small Businesses
• And Much More!
All vendors and their wares to be approved by the Allendale Recreation Commission & Thanatos Productions, LLC. 

To Register:

• Fee: $150 - Covers you for all three days of the event!
​   (Invoice will be sent via Paypal after approval of application)
• New Jersey Tax Certification
   - Send in a copy with your Registration Form
• Certificate of Insurance  
 - Send in a copy with your Registration Form
(Must Include ARC, TPLLC & the Borough of Allendale as additional insured.  Instructions for COI are included on the Registration Form.)

Day Of Procedures: 

• Load-In Times: Friday, 3pm to 5:30pm, Saturday & Sunday, 2pm to 5pm
• Break Down Times: Friday & Saturday, 10:45pm & Sunday 9:45pm
  (Cars cannot enter the vendor area till all patrons have left the Haunted Attraction for safety reasons.)

• Tables, Chairs and Tents are NOT provided. 
• We encourage you to bring fun battery-operated lights and decor for your booths
• Cars must be parked in the designated area after load-in to keep the area clear for patrons.
• Power is currently NOT available, so please bring battery-operated lights or generators.
• Please be mindful of garbage and spills.
• Event is Rain or Shine! In the event of any closure do to weather events, we will notify you immediately!
